Hi!
I'm thinking of going trekking in Nepal to Everest Base Camp in May this year - what should I expect from the weather???? I understand May is warm and the rain is beginning to fall but do you think this would dramatically affect my enjoyment of the trip?? I could technically go in April however for a variety of reasons its much easier to go in May!

apparently there are 2 seasons in Nepal
Dry - Oct-May (winter)
Wet - Jun-Sep (summer)
The two most popular months for trekking are October & April as it is clear & relatively warm. November-February is cold but great for lower altitude treks. April is a very good time to go to Nepal as the Rhododenron trees are in bloom.
