Hello Imaginative Travellers,
You may have noticed that there have been changes to tours on our website. Every year we update our tours to ensure that we offer the best possible selection of itineraries, which enable travellers to get the most out of the countries that they are visiting. At the moment we are updating the website with these changes and are also in the middle of producing a new brochure, with the revised itineraries. This stage has not been completed yet, but as soon as we have finalized all itineraries, prices and dates, we will be contacting travellers who have booked on tours which are affected, to discuss their options. If your tour has been affected, one of our sales team we will be contacting you shortly. Alternatively, if you wish to contact us in the meantime our customer service department can be contacted on customerservices@imtrav.net.
Thanks
Sameer's HTSR - there is no availablity shown
We are booked for the November tour and a review of the "availability" today shows there is absolutely nothing.
Hopefully this is just a computer glitch and the tour is on and Sameer is alive and well!
Kindly let me know. Thank you!

Hello!
Just a quick query on this: I received an email from ImTrav today, telling me that the tour I've booked (Indochina Adventure, starting 18/12/09) is going ahead as planned without any date or itinerary changes, which is great news :D
However, I see that after 01/11/09, the Indochina Adventure tour turns into the Thai-Indochina loop. My understanding is that anyone who would want to book a tour starting after 01/11/09 wouldn't be able to book on to my Indochina Adventure tour, but would be booked on to the Thai-Indochina loop instead. Is this correct?
So, as far as I can see - that means no-one else will be on the Indochina Adventure tour I've booked apart from those who have already booked on it. Again, is this correct?
The reason I ask is that, last time I heard, there were only about 4 or 5 people booked for the Indochina Adventure tour, and I was hoping that others would join nearer the time to bump up the numbers (isn't the minimum group size 6 people?). Now it looks like my tour won't get any new additions because any new bookers will go on the Thai-Indochina loop - if that makes sense!
None of this is intended as criticism, I hope you understand, but I'm just curious as to the details of how things will work for the tour I've booked! Are we, for example, going to have less than 6 people on our tour?
Thanks
Dom
Hello Dom,
Many thanks for your post.
We will be able to take new bookings on the Indochina Adventure tour departing on the 18th December as this is a special one of departure. However at the moment the website is being constantly updated so may not be showing. This should be resolved soon so there may well be more people booked on your trip when it departs.
I hope that this helps.
All the best

Surcharges versus Fluid Pricing Policy
Kate - still looking for information about your new Fluid Pricing Policy. The way I read Section 6 Surcharges of the Booking Conditions (which you referenced in an email to me), changes in tour pricing are passed on to the traveler. I would have expected to pay more for my tour if the price of travel increased. I also expect to have the $1000 refunded for my party because the price of the tour decreased so substantially. Please help me understand the seeming contradictions between the current booking conditions and your reference to a fluid pricing policy I cannot find referenced anywhere.
Thanks!
Hello Holly,
I hope you have received my email regarding your booking, please let me know if I can be of further help.
Kind regards
